I am so happy there is summer out there and time for everyone to smile and be happy. :)
Guess what girls wee back!! Yeah we been away for quite along time. But we were in need for some holiday as well and as u can see we took holiday from everything. I hope you had a nice break this summer :) and will love to hear some of the stories.
So summer time... What a girl loves most about this session,uhmm I think the possibility to lay in the sun and get a tan or just enjoy the warmth on their bodies.
Thus, I thought to share my tricks and ideas of whats the best way to get that healthy tan.
1 st step you need to prep the skin for the sun you are ready to enjoy and as u might have thought I am not speaking about cream NO!. I am talking about fake tanning ( cream version can be effective as well) but the best one I think is the sun-beds ( I can hear already your answer, but thats not healthy isnt it?) If you leave almost 9 months in a cold weather environment u need to prep your skin. I am saying you can have less then 10 min in the sun bed you don't have to be black after you finished the sessions. If you have the chance to lay and prep your skin under not a strong sun you can choose that too ( more healthy). Or if your skin colour is darker and you know ur skin is not sensible. Go ahead girl and have all that holiday sun you waited for.
I tried with the sun bed prep and I was surprised to realise that my tan hold for longer then usual.
2nd step you need a lot of water. Yes you need to drink it and also be around it.
Most of times we prefer to treat ourself with fizzy drinks or natural juices, but I advise you to just drink the pure natural water. You will see a difference.
Also most of the times when lets say we tan in a garden or even seaside we tend to put cream from head to toe and think we are under a spell of protection nothing wrong can happen.
Yes we right to think like this but will happen to get tan maybe one year after we start. All you need is water on your skin and you ll get an amazing tan. I am not saying skip the cream part, it is important step and dont skip it. But try a oil version or a cream around 20 SPF. But dont forget the water :P
3nd step and not the last. Be careful what you eat. Skip that restaurant big pizza and choose a salad( contains more water) skip that big cake, yeah it is holiday but you need fruits and water so you can get the best tan your skin can get.
And girls dont think your skin will get uglier with time if you gone tan or stay in the sun. Enjoy it! your skin will get older with time anyway. At least in the summer let it be amazing and people admire you for how chic and natural tan you look. ;)
